Utang joined Linville Team Partners as a Team Operations Specialist in April 2021, where she played a key support role to one of our top-performing brokerage teams through business development, day-to-day business maintenance responsibilities and implementation of presence campaigns. In this role, Utang discovered she had a great interest in development, buyer representation and franchising. In her role as Account Manager, Utang combines these interests, working with Franchisors, Franchisees and Developers on retail site selection. 

Utang is an alumna of Salem College, where she graduated in 2018 with Bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Political Science, and obtained her broker’s license in September 2021. She joined LTP with an extensive background in non-profits, event planning and project management. In her spare time, you can find Utang exploring new restaurants in the Triad and trying out new recipes.
