Kristin joined Linville Team Partners in May 2023 as a Leasing Associate. She assists with leasing activities and client prospecting for one of the Triad’s top performing commercial real estate brokerage teams. 

Her key role assists in managing day-to-day leasing responsibilities as well as client development with an overall high level of follow-through and detail. She tracks landlord and prospective tenant’s needs, marketing campaigns and proactive outreach efforts. 

Kristin is a graduate of UNCG and has a varied professional background.  Her corporate experience taught her the value of efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork, while her 5 years in residential real estate sales taught her a proactive approach to client development and management, client communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.  

Outside of her career, you can find Kristin traveling, trying out new restaurants, reading, or snuggling with her basset hound, Wilson.
