Jason is results-oriented with a proven track record of achievement and experience in commercial real estate, corporate exit strategy, structured finance, reinsurance structuring, and civil engineering (New York). His focus is on building trusted partnerships, creating strong relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

Jason joined the firm in 2018 as a broker and became a partner in 2022. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed hundreds of transactions, primarily focusing on growth brands in the oil change, car wash, and general automotive industries, as well as other retail sectors. His personal experience in new store site selection, strong developer relationships, acquisitions of existing businesses and real estate, and sell-side representation enables clients to seek guidance in all aspects of EBITDA growth through their real estate strategy.

Certified as an Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) by the Exit Planning Institute, Jason can offer commercial real estate services to individual business owners who seek to accelerate their business’s value through real estate. He can lead engagements or contribute as a valuable member of an exit planning team. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the business, increase profits, and make it more attractive to potential buyers when it’s time to sell.
