Jacob joined Linville Team Partners as Managing Director where he brings extensive experience driving strategic real estate growth throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Jacob has worked with nationally recognized grocery stores, financial institutions, quick-service restaurants, express car washes, and fuel and convenience operators. His breadth of experience allows him to create and execute market plans at significant scale for clients. 

Jacob is from Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He was a two-time captain, all-america, and national champion on the men’s soccer team.
